Low and Middle Income Country Travel Grants
(for students and young researchers)

The Chemical and Biological Microsystems Society (CBMS) is offering travel grants to partially offset registration fees, on a competitive basis, for in-person MicroTAS 2024 conference attendees who are working at institutions located in Low and Middle Income Countries (LMICs).

Students and young researchers (≤ 3 years after obtaining their PhD degree at time of submission) who have been successful in being accepted for an oral or poster presentation at the upcoming MicroTAS conference are eligible and "accepting" the invitation to attend and confirming primary affiliation to an organization in an LMIC country will quality you for participation in the Outreach Travel Grant competition.

Please complete the LMIC Grant Form by Thursday, 11 July 2024.

Successful recipients are required to submit a thank-you letter and a short report on their impressions of the meeting (0.5-1 pages) no later than 4 weeks after the end of the conference to: info@microtas2024.org
